Total Art Soul - for artists

My daughter`s husbands 93 yr. old grandma is in the hospital following a heart attack. Lisa got a photo of the lady`s hand reaching for the hand of Lisa`s 2 month old grandson. It is a beautiful photo, and with Cathy`s permission I posted it to the Gallery. Lisa had posted it on Facebook, and I left her a not telling her that her photo is up here.Anyway, she posted another photo, same subject, only with the camera on her cell phone. She did not realize the camera was set to whiteboard. She wanted to know if I could help her fix it. My art program is PSP. I am basically a point and shoot photographer, and I totally get lost when confronted with the technical side of taking pictures. I oil paint, and most photos I have taken except for family pictures are for reference for my paintings.

If I had to to photography for a living, I would starve. lol
Does anyone know if it`s even possible to change a whiteboard image back to a realistic one?

Once you've thrown all the information away with special modes like this there's no way of getting it back (unless you've saved as raw file + jpeg, but I doubt if mobile phones have that option!)

Thank you, efikim, I sort of figured that, but thought it was worth a shot.

Lisa is a good photographer, her photos were used for the brochure for the school that she works for. I think that the emotions behind that photo got in the way.
