I thought this necklace by Svatre was great
I like the way she very successfully combined two things which one wouldn't normally expect to see together: semi-precious stones and macrame!

I always thought macrame was a lot more versatile then most people give it credit for. I always planned on exploring the craft more but as my norm, I got sidetracked once again

Oh how I love the macrame. I use to do it years ago and always enjoyed it. What a great use of it with jewelry. I wonder....hmmmmmm...I'm just not good with the findings part of jewelry and maybe I could try macrame with my beads. Hmmmm.
As for the flower, ok, I have to ask, is that a painting or a photo? Is that really a flower? If so, what is the name of the flower? I absolutely love it. If it's a painting, I'm totally amazed as the beauty of it.
