Joy, it's not so much the mess, although there is always some, but the fact that the building is very unfinished, no plasterboard anywhere and I've had to put cardboard on the ceiling to have some insulation.

I sculpt where normally my car needs to be parked and I create with clay in my living room which is transformed into a art studio, or better say a place where I can set up bigger clay structures. Let's say it was a living room before I came and live in that house. I am never lonely in my house because big plaster statues are keeping me company. When I bought the house, I was thinking of a method, how I could work with my goats running in and out. But that would me bring back to the middle ages and as a performer I need to be in a healthy condition from time to time.

Ahhh building work,. Such a nightmare. I know what its like. You have my sympathy x

Thanks Joy, it's been going on for 3 years and at this rate it will go on another 3! This house eats money.
