Yes FB still has Groups but I think Pages allows you to update your own Page status which will show to your 'likers' and any photos you put up there. If you link the page with your Twitter account, it'll show in Twitter too. With groups, although you can message peeps directly, anything you put up there won't show unless people go looking for it.

Having your own page for your art stuff is real easy to manage though x

I might consider it... I'm feeling sorta spammy listing all my FAA uploads lately - might be nice to separate the personal from my art...

We have an FB group as well as a 'fan' page (they don't call them that anymore) as well as a profile page. It's good to have the all so you can reach different groups of people. The fan page we leave for people to just upload whatever they want, people seem to love that. The group is more for those that are genuinely interested and take part in discussions (although this is getting less and less) and my profile page, I use to invite people to the site and the other pages! Now that is clear as mud! lol
