Great idea! A wish a day! My wish today is to get some quality sleep after a few very hectic days away.

Wishing my husband a nice anniversary this year

Don't have a way to do much of anything, and our combo anniversary/thanksgiving dinner is just chicken...

But, whatever

I'm still slightly bummed though - we've been through a lot, and it's a minor miracle we've retained some sanity. You are the first and only person (so far, even including friends/family) to wish us well today...

Just to offer some positivity, in 2008, my daughter was diagnosed with Stage 4 Hodgkins Lymphoma, very advanced. My ex landlord stole money from my Bank account and we just moved to a totally derelict house with no bathroom, kitchen, toilet, water, electricity etc. All the money we put aside for the house went on seeing my daughter and starting a Court case to get my money back. It was probably the worst year I've ever had.

Here we are now, still struggling somewhat but my daughter is in remission, I got my money back and the house is much more comfortable. I just wanted to share this with you because I think that life happens in cycles/phases. Remember that they pass and things will get better as they always do. Keep strong.

Things just kind of got to be 'too much' over the weekend and I recognized some rather undesirable qualities and/or habits I have which helped inflame a situation that came up for my husband.

Just feeling a lot of regret/remorse over things.
