3D Canvas Dreamcatchers

I have always loved dream catchers, and I love painting. I've dabbled in lots of areas of creativity, and I found myself one day putzing around with some beads and charms and a round canvas, then it hit me...why not weave a dream catcher over a painted canvas?

After many (and I mean MANY) failed attempts, I finally got a pattern down for making these little pieces of art. I thoroughly enjoy every step of making these. The varied and loose backgrounds, weaving the cord, shopping for and matching up corresponding beads and attachments, etc. I hope that others will enjoy looking at these as much as I enjoy making them!

"Autumn Zen" SOLD

"Purple Spiral"

"Serenity"

"Snowy Days" SOLD

"Ice" (one of the first experiments, given as a gift)

Enjoy!
