Total Art Soul - for artists

Cracking on, I've worked on the clothing mostly using the tortillon with 'B' graphite dust, before bringing the hair down on that side.

 

 

 Then a little on the other side.....

 before continuing on with the clothing in more detail. 

 

 I'm going to put a very light wash in for the background, which will help define the edges of the hat and clothing on the right but still allow the lost edges and also give a bit more depth to the portrait. So I've already put that in over her left shoulder before finishing the hair there.
