Total Art Soul - for artists

I just completed my first acrylic wildlife portrait and it was a real battle.  It got very ugly at times.  I had to learn my limitations with this media and the limitations of my media.

I enjoyed this but it was frustrating that I could not get the image that was in my head onto the canvas.  When I draw I create the image I imagine but my talent with a paintbrush does not stretch that far.  I will never learn if I don't try though.
