Total Art Soul - for artists

I”ve  just begun this painting as a sequel to the “Fishing In The Mist” painting.  Living in the woods, you know when hunting season is coming and I thought this would be a nice way to acknowledge the men and women who hunt to feed their families.

Even though I don’t hunt, I can appreciate those who fill their freezers for the winter months.

The question is:  Whose decision is it?  The deer who sees the hunter and has to decide whether to stand still or run. Or the hunter who sees the deer and has to decide whether to admire the beauty and life of such a magnificent creature and let it go – or take aim.
