Total Art Soul - for artists

Are you a painter that paints everyday? Or do you paint when the mood hits you. As a freelance photographer,it seems the busier I get, the more I'm doing everything but take pictures. When I was younger that used to bother me, when I did,nt get the time behind the camera that I  felt I needed.

 But sitting here today...the adage of  80 percent marketing and 20 percent shooting pictures. How true that statement is.

Now as a painter...Do you paint stuff that people have asked you to paint? Do you try and paint your own special projects ?

 Or are you like me as a photographer, trying to build  a steady stream of marketing situations, so you ca sell and show your work !!
